Voya

A shared itinerary reader for trips with no account friction.

Upload a simple markdown itinerary, share the six-character trip code, and everyone gets the same clean schedule.

No accounts

A code is enough for family or group access.

Private by design

Leave out names, confirmations, and sensitive IDs.

Built for reading

Today, flights, stays, food, maps, and notes.

Upload format

For larger trips, add a `# Day-by-day itinerary` heading, then write each day as `Tuesday, 1 December - Avalon to Kingscliff`.

Under each day, use bold labels such as `**Flight:**`, `**Transfer:**`, `**Stay:**`, `**Activities:**`, and `**Dining:**`.

For smaller trips, you can also use one `#` heading per date and `##` headings for categories. Add `@ location` when you want a useful map link.

Word uploads should use the same wording: one paragraph per date or item, no tables or text boxes, and labels at the start of the paragraph such as `Flight: JQ630 AVV-OOL, 17:00-18:05.`. Word Heading 1 becomes `#`, Heading 2 becomes `##`, and simple bullet lists become itinerary bullets.

Get Started

Upload a Markdown or Word document, or type the Markdown directly in the text area below.

Accepted: `.md`, `.txt`, or `.docx`. Uploading a file replaces the pasted markdown below for this import. For Word, keep dates and labelled items as separate paragraphs so Voya can recognise the structure.
